Must have for the traveler

All I can say about this is that I stayed in a hotel last night on business and the Wi-Fi was there but spotty at best this worked wonders and it is now a permanent part of what I pack for business and pleasure. I highly recommend this device.

Slate Plus (GL-A1300)

Life saver.

It's the best gadget to have when traveling and not having to pay for wifi at hotels, which is often super slow & expensive. My only complaint is that the wifi speeds are very slow. It will work a lot better with wired.

Sure, nowadays you can simply use your phone as a hotspot, but this supports using VPNs which is a major PLUS.

Great secure travel router.

I use this router with built in VPN credentials. I haven’t used it for travel but rather for secure access at home. I use certain programs that I want anonymity for so I force those applications through this router. It works great.

Fast setup and very fast VPN speeds

So far it's an excellent VPN router, set up took 15 minutes and was straight forward. Wireguard speeds average 60 Mbps with Phantom VPN.
